Here at The Woodman Inn we pride ourselves on serving fine ales, selected wines and quality food. The Woodman Inn is a Free house, so you know you can rely on finding well-kept real ales poured straight from the barrel.

Visit us in winter and you can enjoy one of our two lovely log fires to keep you warm and cosy. Visit us in the summer and, weather permitting, you can enjoy our beautiful beer terrace.

The Woodman Inn offers a variety of options including pub classics like steak and ale pie, exotic flavours such as Moroccan style lamb tagine, a selection of fine cuts of steak grilled to your preference, and of course the classic Sunday roast.

We also have a full 3.5meter cinema fitted showing regular retro and modern movies. We regularly host movie nights where you can enjoy a 3 course set menu and a feature film. Previous showings include It’s a Wonderful Life and Arsenic and Old Lace.

The younger ones can also enjoy the magic of vintage cinema during our Sunday lunch cinema sessions. With non stop cartoons and movies from 12pm to 6pm the whole family can enjoy a lovely roast, a drink and let the kid’s relax in our new cinema room.
